  1. README.TXT for HOMEBAR.ZIP
  2.  
  3. HOMEBAR.ZIP contains:
  4.         BAR.EXE-This is executable Home Bartender file.
  5.         DRECIPE.DAT-This file contains over 100 drink recipes.
  6.  
  7. Installation:
  8.         Create a directory for the two files.
  9.                 Example: C:\>MD HOMEBAR
  10.  
  11.         Copy HOMEBAR.ZIP to your new directory.
  12.                 Example: C:\>copy c:\cserve\download\homebar.zip c:\homebar
  13.  
  14.         Unzip HOMEBAR.ZIP in its place.
  15.                 Example: C:\>unzip c:\homebar\homebar.zip c:\homebar
  16.     
  17. Note: Do not delete HOMEBAR.ZIP from the download directory until 
  18. installation is complete and the application is working.

  20. Using BAR.EXE
  21.  
  22.         Title Page:
  23.                 This screen gives credit and a neat picture of some 
  24.                 red drink with bubbles in it.  Press any key to 
  25.                 continue to the main menu.
  26.  
  27.         Main Menu:
  28.                 1. Enter inventory:
  29.                         This screen lets you select the liquers and 
  30.                         mixers that you have.  This will allow you 
  31.                         to use selection 3 from the main menu.  Every
  32.                         time you make this selection the old ingrediants
  33.                         selected are deleted.
  34.                 2. Whats in a:
  35.                         From this screen you can enter the name of a
  36.                         drink and view the complete recipe for it, if 
  37.                         it is in the DRECIPE.DAT file.  Use Backspace
  38.                         to correct spelling errors.  Pressing Return 
  39.                         with a recipe on the screen stores the recipe
  40.                         in a file named DRINKS.TXT for you to view or
  41.                         print after using the Home Bartender.
  42.                 3. What can I Make:
  43.                         This option will show you drink recipes that 
  44.                         you can make using the ingrediants you entered
  45.                         in during menu selection number 1.  You must
  46.                         do the Enter inventory option before the What
  47.                         can I make option. Pressing Return from a screen
  48.                         with a recipe on it stores that recipe in a file 
  49.                         named DRINKS.TXT for your later use.  Press Escape
  50.                         from a recipe screen to return to the main menu.
  51.                         Any other key will take you to the next recipe.
  52.                 4. Exit
  53.                         Return to the DOS prompt.
  54.  
  55. NOTE: Every time you run the Home Bartender the file DRINKS.TXT is
  56. deleted and re-created.  If you want to save this file after an
  57. execution of the Home Bartender rename the DRINK.TXT file.
  58.         Example: C:\HOMEBAR>ren DRINK.TXT NEWNAME.TXT
  59.         Where NEWNAME.TXT represents the new file name for DRINK.TXT.
